不知道是去年还是前年,我曾经心血来潮注册了Vultr,想租一台日本的VPS服务器来搭建Shadowsocks,不过之后上了机场,而且那个机场的Aff我一直都用不完(无法提现),所以就一直放着没动。

解决Vultr账户被关闭,提示“Your account is currently closed”

直到最近再想登录Vultr的时候,发现账户被关闭了……

解决方法很简单,就是给他们的客服发邮件,不过发邮件之前最好对账户为什么被封有点数。我应该是长时间没充钱没使用被封的,那些重复注册、刷Aff的,可能只能保留一个账户。

内容就写不知道自己为啥被封,想重新开启账户,我是这么写的:

Dear Vultr Support Team:

Hi there, I registered a vultr account by this e-mail address several months ago, but I haven't credited any dollars into my account. Recently when I try to login my account, it occurs that "Your account is currently closed." Do you know how to address this issue? My email address is xxxxxxxxxxx.

如果账号没有什么严重的Abuse或者Spam的话,应该在几个小时之内就可以解封了。我虽然是周日发的邮件,但还是在3小时内解封了。

一共收到两封邮件,一封是说已经帮我转发,尽快处理:
